Vita

I am a dramaturg, performer and performance studies theorist based in Hamburg, Germany. After studying Intercultural European and American Studies (majoring in "social documentary photography" and "art as a political practice") at the Universities Halle / Saale and Macquarie Sydney, I received my Masters degree in Performance Studies at the University of Hamburg. My doctoral research was accompanied by a.pass (advanced performance and sceneography studies) and awarded with "magna cum laude" from the University of Hamburg. Working as an artist researcher, I am engaged in diverse outreach projects with international choreographers and artists. Since March 2024 I am a guest professor for cultural work and cultural theory at Fachhochschule Dortmund - University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
